Information that you provided by filling in forms on our website which may include: your title, name, affiliation, faculty/academic field, job title, email address, postcode, and telephone number.

• monitor, develop and improve our contents and services; 

Our website does not require membership in order to submit papers, but we do email those who have joined to receive notices of congress holding and contact for journal publications.

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil our obligations to you and to protect our legal interests or as otherwise stated to you when such data is collected. 

We understand that the security of your information is important to you. We also understand that our continued success as a publisher on the web relies on our ability to communicate with you in a secure manner.

All members register for the ASHS congress through a mail form creation tool provided by eNetworks Co., Ltd. called "SECURE FORM". Personal information required for registration at the ASHS congress is safely managed under laws and regulations regarding the handing of personal information, guidelines established by the government, other norms "Requirements for Personal Information Protection Management System (JIS Q 15001)", and the privacy policy of eNetworks Co. Ltd.

Despite our best efforts, and the best efforts of other firms, "perfect security" does not exist on the internet, or anywhere else.
