- Enter the necessary information in the application form (<PARTICIPATION APPLICATION>) on the web and send it.
- If you want to make a presentation, please attach the "ABSTRACT FORM (Word)" to the <PRESENTATION ENTRY> that will be sent with the completion e-mail of your application for participation in the congress.Transfer the participation fee to the designated bank account by the deadline.
- Transfer the participation fee (including the banquet fee for banquet participants) to the designated bank account by the deadline.
- After that, the secretariat will send notifications such as "PROGRAM" and "PROCEEDING" to your registered e-mail addresses.
- On the day of the congress, it will be face-to-face only. Please go through the reception desk at the venue ("PROCEEDING" booklet will be distributed).

- Presentation applications can be submitted via the [PRESENTATION ENTRY] link provided in the confirmation email you will receive upon completing your conference registration. If you wish to present, please be sure to complete your registration in advance.
- In addition to "A. Main Conference," we will also hold "B. Thematic Sections." If you are interested in participating in a specific section, please contact the corresponding section coordinator. The contact information for each section is listed in the [ENTRY GUIDE].
- Please note that, regardless of whether your application is for the Main Conference or a Thematic Section, oral presenters will be designated by the conference committee based on the content of the submitted abstracts. Notifications will be sent individually to those selected. Kindly understand that even if you apply for an oral presentation, your submission may be accepted as a poster presentation.
